Nikhil obtained his law degree from prestigious Delhi University and began his career at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India from where he brought his passion and interest to his hometown Jaipur, Rajasthan and since then he has been actively appearing before the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court, National Company Law Tribunal and various other district courts and tribunals in Rajasthan. He also has a vast experience in handling matters related to the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code and debt recovery proceedings.

Anand Sharma is the managing partner of the firm who has extensively worked and handled the litigation of companies & individual clients before various forum i.e. National Company Law Tribunals, Commercial Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal & High Court. He majorly deals with issues & litigation arising out of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act along with other corporate and commercial disputes. He avidly appears before the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, National Company Law Tribunal, Commercial Court & Debt Recovery Tribunal. He accordingly advises clients to adopt a viable strategy as far as drafting and vetting of arbitration agreements and contracts is concerned.
